opening forum

Hi  when I try to open the forum with the bookmarks on my computer ( https://forum.628dirtrooster.com/index.php), I get the standard "can't open try again" message. If I go to 628dirtrooster.com and click the community button, I am sent right to the forum. What am I doing wrong?????
