New gloves

Got a new pair of cowhide gloves,they are tight on the fingers.
How can i stretch them.

Wearing them while they are wet may help. Maybe get one of those glove stretchers online for a large glove and wet them and let them dry with a large glove stretcher. Amazon link below, but there are many online. I like to wear latex gloves because I don't lose tactile feel. They aren't as sting proof but they are sting resistant and when you do pinch a bee the stinger doesn't seem to go as deep.

Some lanolin hand lotion and a little water to thin it and help it work into the gloves. Think Burt Reynolds in the movie 'Star' ..... with the boots.  :o
Just not so much lotion!!!!  ;D

The lotion keeps em soft, as sometimes water working without an oil will leave gloves or boots crusty and stiff as a roofer's back. They soften up real well this way, and stretch nicely. Take the good insoles out of boots before doing this, and don't plan on hiking downhill until you clean them out a bit!!! (Slide right out of them, ya might!!)
